About KURS

What is KURS?

An app for Mac and Windows for people who buy and sell second-hand clothes and other things – on Vinted, DBA, Tradera, eBay or in their own shop. KURS keeps track of your items, prices, likes, orders and money, and tells you what to do today. You do it yourself on the platform.

What does KURS cost?

It’s free to download, and you get 30 days of Pro with no card. Afterwards you can stay on Free or choose Basic, Pro or Market. See pricing.

Which languages does KURS speak?

English, Danish, Norwegian and Swedish. Tax and VAT follow Danish rules today – the rest works wherever you sell.

Does KURS work without internet?

Yes. Everything lives on your computer. The internet is used for updates and to check a paid plan, which works for 30 days without a connection.

Can I use KURS on more than one computer?

A paid plan covers 2 computers at a time, and you can move it to a new computer yourself in KURS. Your data stays on the computer you use – it isn’t shared between computers. With Pro you can move it with an encrypted backup.

KURS and Vinted

Can I use KURS for Vinted?

Yes. KURS keeps track of what you sell – on Vinted too: items, prices, likes, orders, money and receipts. Paste a receipt or a sale, and KURS fills in the rest.

Does KURS do anything on my Vinted account?

No – never. KURS doesn’t log in, uses no bots, fetches nothing from Vinted and changes no photos. You do things yourself on Vinted and mark them in KURS afterwards.

Is KURS affiliated with Vinted?

No. KURS is an independent app and isn’t affiliated with Vinted or any other platform. Vinted is a trademark of Vinted UAB.

Does KURS read my email?

Only if you connect your mail yourself (Pro) – by signing in with Google or Microsoft, or with an app password. KURS then only reads mail from Vinted and the carriers – read-only, it never sends or deletes – and the connection goes straight from your mail provider to your computer. Nothing passes through us. The privacy policy has the details, including Google’s Limited Use statement.

Buying and subscriptions

How do I buy?

When payments open (from 1 December 2026 at the earliest): pick a plan in KURS under Plans, and pay with Paddle in your browser. Your plan switches on by itself within a minute – no key to type. Until then, KURS is free to try.

Who sells KURS?

KURS is made by Christian Bisgaard in Skanderborg, Denmark. When payments open, Paddle.com sells KURS for us as the Merchant of Record: Paddle takes the payment, sends the receipt and handles VAT.

Does the subscription renew by itself?

Yes – a month or a year at a time, until you cancel. Cancel any time under “Manage or cancel” in KURS or via the link in Paddle’s receipt. The plan runs to the end of the period, and there are no more payments.

Can I change my mind?

Yes. Change your mind about your first purchase within 14 days, and you get all your money back. See refunds and withdrawal.

What happens when the trial ends – or if I stop paying?

KURS carries on as Free. The trial never turns into a purchase, nothing is locked, and all your data can still be viewed, edited and exported.

I’m under 18 – can I use KURS?

Yes, Free in a calm version with no prompts to buy. Paid plans require you to be 18 – an adult can buy a plan for you.

Data and privacy

Where is my data?

On your own computer, in KURS’ data folder. We can’t see it.

What does KURS send to you?

Only what a paid plan needs: a random ID for your installation, your plan and the KURS version. KURS sends anonymous usage numbers only if you turn them on – and an error report only when you press “Send to KURS” yourself.

Does the website use cookies?

No. No cookies and no tracking. When you pay, Paddle uses the cookies the payment needs.
